Direct Buy Instructions
Follow these simple steps to place an order with us:

1. Contact us : The "Direct Buy" button will take you to the "contact us" form with the product details pre-filled. You can also email us at order@cabault.com. For a smooth transaction, please make sure to include the following information:
  • Your full name
  • Your shipping address
  • The product(s) you wish to purchase (including brand, model, and quantity)
  • For products shipped from Canada, your preferred shipping speed. (Normal or Expedited)


2. Receive Invoice : We will create an invoice and email it to you.

3. Make Payment : Complete your payment using one of our secure payment methods.

4. Order Processing & Shipping : Upon receipt of payment, we will process and ship your order. A tracking number will be provided as soon as it's available.

Payment Methods

For Direct Sale, we currently support Interac payments and bank transfers.

  • (Preferred) Interac : Please send your payment to order@cabault.com with your invoice number as the password.

Returns Policy

We are committed to providing a seamless and transparent return process for our valued customers.

All returns must be initiated within the first 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, watches must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
  • Be in working order with no defects.
  • Be free from scratches or damages.
  • Not have undergone resizing or alteration.
  • Be accompanied by all original packaging (box, manual, tags, etc.), certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal.

If the above criteria are not met, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping, handling, and packaging costs. Collect-On-Delivery shipping will be refused. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your item is received for your return to be processed.

This policy aims to provide clarity and fairness in the return process. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.


Warranties

All watches offered are authentic, brand new with original boxes, manuals, and tags. Each item is covered by either a two-year international manufacturer limited warranty or our company's two-year limited DC Warranty, addressing manufacturing defects and watch movement.

Before shipping, we meticulously inspect every watch to ensure flawless functionality. Despite being brand new, we verify quality and functionality to guarantee customer satisfaction. Please report any discrepancies within 24-48 hours upon receipt.

A list of Assistance Centers by country is available in the accompanying booklet with each product and on the official homepage of each brand. To file a claim under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the appropriate Assistance Center. If the service center is unable to assist, our 2-year DC Warranty will apply.

Warranty Conditions:

  • The warranty exclusively covers the watch's internal mechanism.
  • The warranty does not cover faults, defects, or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • The warranty does not extend to the watch case, bracelet, straps, glass, or battery.
  • External damage to the watch, case, crown, or face is not covered by the warranty.
  • Damage to the watch mechanism due to rough use, dropping, or impact is not covered.
  • Damage to the crown and mechanism caused by excessive force when pulling the crown is also not covered.
  • The warranty is void if the watch has been tampered with.
  • The warranty does not cover external physical damage, including but not limited to water or moisture damage, damage to the watch case or glass, missing stones or gems, damage to the bracelet, band, or straps, damage to the crown, stem, or finishes, damage to clasps or buckles, signs of wear and tear from normal daily use, or damage to the battery.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or watch movement issue, we will first attempt to repair the watch. If repair is not possible, we will replace the watch with the same model or a similar one, subject to availability. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the watch, usable towards any item on our online commerce website.
